• Memorial Services: Design, creation, and installation of headstones, monuments, and memorial markers
• Custom Cemetery Structures: Design and construction of niche walls, columbariums, and other cemetery features
• Consultation Services: Professional consultation for memorial planning and cemetery development

All services are provided in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Website:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate our company, an employee, or any other person

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Order and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Sales tax will be applied where applicable

Delivery and Installation

• Delivery and installation schedules are estimates and may vary based on weather, cemetery requirements, and other factors
• We will coordinate with cemetery officials and family members for proper scheduling
• Installation is subject to cemetery rules and regulations

Warranty and Guarantee

• Our products come with manufacturer warranties as specified in your service agreement
• We guarantee our workmanship for the period specified in your contract
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period

• We do not issue refunds and all sales are final.
• We accept the following payment methods: credit cards, check, and US bank account transfer (ACH). We do not accept debit cards.
• All online payments via www.rockymountainvault.com are processed securely via Stripe (www.stripe.com).
• We allow companies to save their payment method for future payments. If autopay is selected, you authorize Rocky Mountain Monument & Vault to use your payment method for payment of any future orders. You can always remove a saved payment method by contacting us at support@rockymountainvault.com.
• Any payment with credit card will incur a processing fee up to 3% of the total charge. It may be less depending on the current fee rate charged by the payment processor.
• Payment Disputes: If you have any questions or concerns about a payment, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly. We reserve the right to counter any disputes from a customer's credit card provider/bank with contract, payment, and receipt evidence.
• Arbitration: Any legal dispute arising from a payment made shall be settled through binding arbitration with Rocky Mountain Monument & Vault in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
